Last November 26, 2017, the Philippine Military Academy Alumni Association Inc. (PMAAAI) – Philippine Army Chapter Inc. conducted the much awaited annual charity run, 6th Heroes Run 2017 simultaneously at six (6) different locations: Manila, Cebu, Davao, Baguio, Naga and Iloilo.
The 6th Heroes Run 2017 aims to raise funds for the benefit of the children of our fallen soldiers, wherein PMAAAI – Philippine Army Chapter graciously offered to donate the proceeds from sponsorships to HERO Foundation, Inc., a non-profit organization that helps orphans of Filipino soldiers killed or incapacitated in line of duty. Total proceeds amounting to Php670,000 was formally turnover last February 26, 2018 at the Philippine Army Headquarters at Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City
