Accepting the donation is HERO President GEN EMMANUEL T BAUTISTA AFP (Ret), with HERO Executive Director MGEN VICTOR V BAYANI AFP (Ret). The handover of donation was held at the Philippine Army Finance Center Producers Integrated Cooperative (PAFCPIC) Board Room in Taguig last March 31, 2026.
