The HERO Foundation extends its sincere gratitude to the Philippine Army Finance Center Producers Integrated Cooperative (PAFCPIC) for facilitating PAPSI RUN 2025, a successful fun run — held as part of its 44th Anniversary Celebration — at the HPA Grounds, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City on November 15, 2025.
The proceeds were officially presented by PAFCPIC Chairperson BGen Francisco M. Paredes AFP (Ret) to HERO President Gen Emmanuel T. Bautista (Ret). They were joined by PAFCPIC VP for Operations LtGen Oscar P Lopez (Ret), HERO Executive Director MGen Victor V. Bayani (Ret) and HERO Scholars Janina, Norah, and Christian.
In his message of thanks, Gen. Bautista emphasized the enduring significance of the event: “Our deepest gratitude to all the members of PAFCPIC and everyone who attended today. Thank you very much for your help, and what is more important is the message that we will never forget the children of our fellow heroes.”
